The existing two-story, single-family house featured a stunning living room with a 180° ocean view. The new design successfully maximized the view. In addition, the existing three-bedroom was converted to a two-bedroom with an in-suite bathroom; each bedroom has a view. The building kept its original footprint, but the remodel came with the addition of metal cladding panels that gave the building a modern and luxurious look.
