This $50 million expansion includes a 12-screen, 1600-seat AMC theater, restaurant & arcade venue, and additional proposed improvements, such as remodeled entrances, interior remodeling, and an upgraded mall signage. These renovations were oriented towards making this 1970s-era mall a more vibrant and strong, commercial core of the city. The redevelopment also featured an entertainment and dining hub to accompany existing retailers.
